Potts & Monger Sanitation’s modern fleet of vehicles provides timely service from our courteous professionals. We are a locally owned and operated family business which allows us to understand the particular needs of each community and maintain a vested interest in them.

Residential Waste Services

Each Potts & Monger Sanitation customer receives a convenient waste bin/toters manufactured from recycled materials to make handling your refuse as simple and clean as possible. These environmentally sound containers feature an attached flip lid and easy-to-roll design that will be the envy of the neighborhood. No more empty, tossed containers. We know our customers appreciate neatly replaced containers.

We Make Recycling Convenient

Our recycling service provides a valuable service to our community. We are excited our customers know the recyclables they submit will be processed and given to the various recycling markets to be reused.

Potts & Monger Sanitation make recycling easy by providing a large plastic bin, so you can do your part to recycle. SImply place your recyclables in the bin provided and place it curbside next to your refuse for collection. A dedicated recycle truck will come long separately for collection of your recyclables.

Helico Personal Backdoor Collection:

Helico (handicapped, elderly and low-income) service is available to residents who are physically unable to move their trash and/or recycling containers to the curb and who meet low-income guideline requirements.

Toters To Fit Your Needs

Our containers are supplied to best fit your household needs. Whether you live alone or have a family, Potts & Monger Sanitation, Inc. can recommend the best container option for your collection and recycling needs.

We currently offers three different container sizes with the following dimensions:

96 Gallon - Holds three 30 gallon bags 28” W x 32” D x 46” H
65 Gallon - Holds two 30 gallon bags 26” W x 26” D x 42” H
35 Gallon - Holds one 30 gallon bag 23” W x 23” D x 38” H

Residential Services Details & Tips:

 All customers are billed quarterly via a coupon book. Please use these coupons when making your payment to ensure that it is properly posted to your account. Replacement books are available for an additional charge or you can print your online Coupons at the link above.

 Please note that payments are due in advance of the service.

 All refuse and recycling will be collected on your normally scheduled day.

 All Bags, Toters, and recyclables must be placed at the curb by 6:00am. Please do not rely on a common trash pick-up time. Routes are subject to change due to road accidents, dump-site backups, weather conditions, add-on customers, etc.

 Residents may subscribe to rear door collection (for refuse only) ay a higher rate than the basic service by contacting us.

 Please observe our Holiday Schedule Changes

 Notify us immediately when moving or transferring service. You are responsible for and charges incurred until your notice of cancellation is received.

 When purchasing containers and bags, please verify the size. For safety reasons they should not be larger then 32 gallon.

 Cans and bags may weigh up to 30 pounds when full, and may hold up to 32 gallons of refuse.

 Your garbage must fit easily into your cart. The lid of your cart must be closed.

 Definition of household volume pertains to mainly kitchen or bathroom trash. Bulk items taken at additional charges, please call in advance to authorize special pickup of large or unusual items.

 Method of payment: Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover

 Late Payments or Returned Checks may result in additional charges to your account.

 We are not responsible for articles left on or near collection containers.

 Please report any missed collections to our office by the following business day. An answering service is available to you after regular business hours.

 PLEASE PLACE YOUR GARBAGE IN BAGS BEFORE PLACING IN YOUR CONTAINER to help prevent loose trash from falling out on windy days.

 Extra garbage must be bagged and arrangements made with our office in advance for pickups.

 Household hazardous materials, such as paint, batteries, fluorescent light bulbs, motor oils are prohibited from being disposed of in the garbage.

 Landlords may be held responsible for rental properties.

 Although we try our best to ensure the safety keeping of your property, we are not responsible for damage beyond the curb, to plastic cans, or to missing cans and lids.
